You communicate effectively at all levels, ensuring clarity in reports that guide strategic decisions. With a keen understanding of how changes impact project delivery, you excel in critical thinking, problem-solving, and organisation, supported by expertise in business case development and risk management. Additional requirements for this role include:
- Lead and manage change strategies to ensure smooth transitions during large-scale organisational transformations, minimising risks and disruption.
- Extensive experience in planning and operations for major capital projects, particularly in construction or other relevant industries.
- Proven ability to deliver concise, accurate project insights that support evidence-based decision-making, using both commercial and technical data to influence logistics management.
