Training begins February 28, 2025 - MUST be able to work full time hours Monday-Friday 8:00am – 4:30pm CST during training.
WHAT WE CAN OFFER YOU:
- Hourly Wage: $19.00 - $19.75, plus annual bonus opportunity
- Regular associates working 40 hours a week can earn up to 15 days of vacation each year.
- Regular associates receive 11 paid holidays in 2025, which includes 2 floating holidays that are added to your prorated personal time to be used at your discretion.
- Regular associates are provided sick leave through the use of personal time. Associates working 40 hours a week can receive up to 40 hours of personal time in 2025, which is prorated based on the start date. Additionally you will receive two floating holidays in 2025 by way of personal time that may be used at your discretion.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Services inbound calls from providers and members to resolve dental insurance issues surrounding eligibility, benefits, claims status and payments.
- Provides sound customer service over the phone for routine inquiries and assists with complex and sensitive cases as appropriate.
- Receives, researches, analyzes and handles incoming calls utilizing numerous company systems, policies, regulations, procedures and other reference materials to effectively resolve customer issues. Elevates sensitive customer requests when necessary.
- Remains abreast of Company and industry changes, federal and state legislation and regulations, as well as changes in internal processes and procedures.
- May provide service recovery, turning complaint or error situations into a positive customer experience; uses every contact as an opportunity to conserve or expand business.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING:
- Proficient verbal and written communication, decision-making and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient typing skills and the ability to work in multiple computer systems concurrently.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to learn quickly and adapt to change.
- Ability to multitask including interacting with customers while simultaneously documenting calls.
- This position will require you to provide your own high speed internet connection with 50 megabits per second is required and 150 megabits is recommended for best results.

- Able to work remotely with access to a high-speed internet connection and located in the United States or Puerto Rico.
PREFERRED:
- Customer service experience.
- Experience in related fields including dental insurance or services.
- Demonstrated professional experience in training or teaching.
