WHAT YOU'LL DO

Right product. Right place. Right time. Our agile, efficient, committed Supply Chain team brings to life innovative solutions.

In this highly visible role, you’ll manage forecasting and analytics for our Club Channel Customers (4), and our International customer (currently 1). This role will also work with our Marketing team to assume full responsibility for new product forecasting assumptions and rollup. In addition to this, you will be trained to utilize our forecasting tool, Anaplan, to ensure data accuracy, analyze projects, optimize for accuracy, and develop cross-functional communication for alignment. Location: Hybrid at our Preston, WA office 3+ days a week

Annual Bonus Potential: 7% - Eligibility is based on the company hitting annual financial targets.

Base Salary: $80,000 - $98,000 (depending on experience)

Note: New hires typically receive between minimum and midpoint, however, we may go slightly higher based on experience, internal equity and market.

  • Responsible for the overall statistical forecast accuracy for the customers listed above including the development and maintenance of the baseline statistical forecast using the Demand Planning software for the associated customer items.

  • Manage agreed-upon adjustments/overrides to the statistical forecasts based on market intelligence and feedback in partnership with Marketing and Sales gained through meetings that you will own on a regular monthly cadence.

  • Assist in the development of forecasts for full product lifecycles, including new product launches and expansions.

  • Develop and distribute timely forecast reporting for all stakeholders throughout each month.

  • Will support additional product category forecasting as needed.

  • Will assume forecasting responsibilities for smaller product lines|groups after Club and Canada forecasting, as well as Amazon analysis, have established regular monthly cadences.

  • Ensure food safety, quality, and SQF practices are followed at all times, notifying the immediate manager of any food safety and/or quality issues.

  • Complete other responsibilities as assigned.

WHAT YOU BRING

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred; equivalent experience accepted.

  • Minimum of three (3) years of demand forecasting experience.

  • Mathematical, statistical and analytical skills.

  • Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite; advanced in Excel (pivot tables, VBA SQL) preferred.

  • Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and demand forecasting tools, Anaplan preferred.

  • Microsoft Dynamics NAV and report writing database tools experience a plus.

  • Ability to travel up to 5%, occasionally working evenings and weekends as needed for special assignments.

Please note, eligibility for our full benefits package is based on an average of 30+ hours per week in regular (not temporary) positions.
