- Lead the creation of demand plans for fiber, power, and cooling equipment for global new builds and retrofits.
- Lead the creation of planning BoM (bill-of-material) and translate final plans into costed BoM.
- Liaise with the Project Sourcing team to create materials sourcing plans and procurement logs for cost planning.
- Partner with the Category Sourcing team to ensure allocation plans for constrained equipment align with observed demand trends, and ensure optimal business share location across project sites.
- Keep cross-functional partners and shareholders apprised of upcoming demand, capacity and cost constraints, and demand schedules.
- Recommend improvements to demand planning systems to achieve greater efficiency and scale through process improvements and automation.
- Improve data systems and develop new reporting tools and metrics to improve demand visibility and accuracy.
- Telecommuting is permitted from anywhere in the U.S.
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Economics, Logistics, or a related field (foreign degree equivalent accepted) and 60 months of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or in a supply chain or demand-related occupation.
- Experience must include 60 months of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in each of the following:
- 1. Leading strategic implementation and planning for risk and growth
- 2. Supply chain fulfillment operations, including forecasting, demand management, supply planning, order management, MPS/MRP, inventory control, or logistics
- 3. Designing strategic forecasting techniques based on business requirements
- 4. Supply Chain Planning and Analytics
- 5. Providing statistical analysis on supply chain data, AND
- 6. Excel and Tableau Dashboard.
