NBS Marketing is hiring a Demand Generation Specialist II, Acquisition. The Demand Generation Specialist II supports the planning, execution, and optimization of B2B demand generation programs with a focus on account-based marketing (ABM) and product-led growth (PLG) strategies. This role is critical in implementing and maintaining the marketing technologies and nurture programs that drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention within a self-serve funnel. This role is ideal for someone who is energized by the challenge of building, optimizing, and implementing new strategies. Success in this role will require the ability to leverage third-party data platforms, execute paid media campaigns, and drive demand generation efforts using a robust tech stack. Reporting to the Demand Generation Manager, this role collaborates closely with the entire Demand Generation team, as well as cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Operations to ensure campaigns align with business objectives.JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Partner with the Demand Generation Manager team and stakeholders to build and execute targeted multichannel campaigns, including email communications, nurture sequences, and outbound prospecting strategies that align with PLG objectives.
Use CRMs and data enrichment tools for more targeted and effective campaigns.
Support the implementation of campaigns that align with customer journeys, ensuring nurturing, engagement, and activation within the PLG funnel.
Coordinate with the Demand Generation and Content team on content creation, scheduling, and deployment across various channels to align with campaign objectives and ensure timely delivery.
Build and maintain responsive email templates, landing pages, and workflows that meet performance standards and ensure consistency across devices and browsers.
Manage and optimize the lead lifecycle, including lead capture, scoring, nurturing, and enrichment.
Collaborate with Sales and Operations teams to ensure accurate lead flow, prioritization, and alignment with CRM data.
Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics such as engagement rates, conversion rates, and lead progression through the funnel.
Design and implement A/B and multivariate tests across email, landing pages, and outbound campaigns to improve engagement.
Ensure campaigns adhere to regulatory standards, including CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and other relevant requirements, while maintaining high deliverability and sender reputation.
Collaborate with the creative team to ensure brand consistency and messaging alignment across all channels.
Take an active role in rebuilding and optimizing demand generation programs, implementing scalable processes, and leveraging new tools and strategies to drive growth in a rapidly evolving environment.
Work independently and creatively to execute campaigns, leveraging third-party data platforms and paid media to drive demand.
Salary Range: $70,000 - $95,000
EDUCATION:
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent (Marketing, Business, or Advertising preferred).
EXPERIENCE:
3-5 years of experience in demand generation, marketing automation, or a related field.
Hands-on experience with marketing automation tools, CRMs, and third-party data platforms.
Experience executing and optimizing paid ad campaigns.
Experience with PLG funnels or ABM and SaaS/B2B environments is highly desirable.
COMPETENCIES – SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE/ABILITIES:
Strong experience with marketing automation platforms.
Working knowledge of HTML and CSS.
Proficiency in analyzing campaign performance deriving actionable insights to optimize ROI.
Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration.
Ability to develop innovative solutions to meet campaign challenges and continuously improve on strategies.
Passion for understanding customer behavior and designing campaigns that align with their needs.
A strong desire to build, optimize, and implement marketing programs in a rebuilding environment—energized by solving challenges and creating new, scalable demand generation processes.
