Demand Generation Marketing Specialist

The role: 

  • Newsela is looking to hire a Demand Generation Specialist to execute and optimize our campaigns. 
  • This role will report to the Manager, Demand Programs and will partner closely with our Content, Product Marketing, Marketing Operations and Sales teams. 
  • As Newsela’s Demand Generation Specialist, you are ready to dive in and execute integrated national demand programs that generate qualified leads and opportunities within our target audience.
  • You will drive impact by helping to achieve demand generation goals by executing campaigns and optimizations that will drive leads, MQLs, and pipeline
  • You will project manage and execute a variety of demand generation activations, including webinars, content, direct mail, and email nurture campaigns end-to-end to generate pipeline and accelerate opportunities
  • You will measure campaign performance and generate data-driven insights to improve future campaign performance
  • You'll run data-informed experiments to uplevel our campaigns 
  • You'll partner with Sales and SDRs on campaigns to maximize their impact on marketing sourced bookings

  • You have strong project management and entrepreneurial skills to work independently on complex projects
