Are you ready to jumpstart your career in aerospace? Collins Aerospace is offering an exciting full-time co-op position with our Project Purple Delivery Assurance team. This role will immerse you in the dynamic world of supply chain management while directly contributing to our mission of delivering excellence.

Immerse yourself in a full-time, Monday-Friday co-op session, that will run January-August (including the Spring semester; it is expected students will take a semester off from coursework to fully engage with this working mentorship opportunity). 

What You Will Do:

As a co-op with us, you'll play a crucial role in our operations, acting as a vital link between our internal Supply Chain and our valued customers. Your responsibilities will include:

• Tracking and Coordination: Oversee and manage the shipment process between suppliers and customers, ensuring open communication and timely delivery.
• Support and Communication: Assist with resolving issues related to open hardware items, maintaining transparent communication with all stakeholders.
• Process Improvement: Identify and propose opportunities for cost savings and process enhancements, contributing to our continuous improvement efforts.

What You Will Learn:

This co-op offers valuable hands-on experience in supply chain management and project delivery within the aerospace industry. You’ll gain:

• Insight into Supply Chain Operations: Develop a deep understanding of tracking, managing, and optimizing supply chain processes.
• Enhanced Communication Skills: Build your ability to effectively liaise between different departments and with external customers.

Qualifications You Must Have:

• Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and student must be pursuing a Bachelor’s or advanced degree in an applicable discipline.
• U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract

Qualifications We Prefer:

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office: Experience with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is essential.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Demonstrated ability to tackle challenges and enhance processes.
• Team Collaboration: Strong coordination skills, with a proactive approach to working with diverse teams and embracing new opportunities.
