Position SummarY:

Radiology Partners is seeking a Data Warehouse Developer to be part of DW/BI initiative.  This role will be primarily responsible for implementing end to end builds into the Data Warehouse.  Collaborate with internal groups to identify and document analytic needs and requirements and works with the data warehouse team to design, develop, test, implement and support DW build outs.

Position Duties and Responsibilities:

• Lead and participate in all technical phases of projects, including mentoring junior developers.
• Collaborate with internal teams to define requirements, test plans, and implement data warehousing solutions.
• Design, document, and maintain data models, ensuring effective information flow.
• Develop and optimize ETL/ELT processes using ADF, including performance tuning and code reviews.
• Apply Kimball methodology to data designs, perform root cause analysis, and implement preventive techniques.
• Support database performance, backup strategies, security, and best practices in collaboration with DBAs.
• Design, implement, and maintain reporting, monitoring, and dashboard frameworks.
• Participate in on-call developer support rotation and manage deployments.

DESIRED PROFESSIONAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

• B.S. in Computer Science / Software Engineering / MIS or related field preferred
• 5+ years of relevant experience in a data warehousing and/or data development
• 5+ years of ETL experience
• 3+ years experience in Azure Data Factory and Data Bricks.
• 5+ years experience in SQL.
• 3+ years Python and Pyspark
• 1+ years of data modeling experience
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Experience in SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS) and SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) is a plus
• Experience with a data modeling tool(s)
• Experience with data quality principals and tools is a plus
• Experience with master data management is a plus

COMPENSATION:

The salary range for this position is $100K-$110K. Final determinations may vary based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, geographic location etc. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
