Data Validation Specialist (FieldRoutes) - US TX Remote

What We’re Looking For:

The Data Validation Specialist is responsible for assisting the Implementation Specialists in thorough and efficient data validations with customers in the Implementation pipeline. Assist the Implementation Specialists in submitting and formatting data validation requests as needed. Work closely with the Software Engineer team and Data team to address data concerns. Uncover and enhance current procedures for an efficient data validation process.

What You’ll Do: 

  • Troubleshoot data issues discovered on data validation calls with the customer and Implementation Specialists.

  • Assist the Implementation Specialists by discovering data issues and submitting requests to the Software Engineering Team or the Data Team to resolve them.

  • Manage time effectively, meet personal goals, and work closely and effectively with Implementation Specialists, the Software Engineer team, and the Data Team.

  • Coach Implementation Specialists on best practices and tips & tricks.

  • Assist the Implementation Specialists by discovering data issues and submitting requests to the Software Engineering Team or the Data Team to resolve them.

  • Assist the Implementation Specialists in a quicker turnaround, efficiency, and quality of data validations.

What You’ll Need: 

  • EDUCATION:  Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent combination of work experience and education. 

  • EXPERIENCE:  1+ years of project management

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong analytical capabilities for advanced problem-solving

  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively

  • Self-driven, results-oriented with a positive outlook and a focus on quality

  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office: Word, Excel

  • Experience working with JIRA and Salesforce: The Customer Company preferred but not required

  • Experience in Project Management

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

  • Quick learner and willing to be flexible

  • Basic Knowledge of SQL, preferred but not required

ServiceTitan is committed to fair and equitable compensation for all of our employees. We thoughtfully consider a wide range of factors when determining individual compensation. The expected salary range for this role for candidates residing in the United States is between $54,000 USD - $78,000 USD. Compensation for candidates residing outside the United States will vary by location and the specific salary range will be discussed during the hiring process. Actual compensation for an individual may vary depending on skills, performance over time, qualifications, experience, and location. In addition to the base salary, the total compensation package also includes an annual bonus, equity and a holistic suite of benefits. Apply
