Data Technician

Deep Sync is seeking an experienced data technician/Alteryx Designer artisan to drive client solution creation and execution by accessing, manipulating, analyzing, and outputting data using Alteryx software.

Location:  

Remote (USA)

• We are registered and set up to hire remotely in the following states:  CA, CO, FL, GA, MO, NY, OR, SC, TN, TX, WA.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with account management and client success teams to deliver custom production solutions to meet client needs
• Manage & prioritize the production queue through a ticketing system
• Adhere to SLA’s and complete on time deliveries
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely manner

Education:

B.A. or B.S. degree 

Experience:

Must have: 

• 2+ years of related experience
• Experience using Alteryx Designer
• Knowledge of appropriate software including: Google Workspace suite and MS Excel
• Exceptional attention to detail and an absolute focus on quality of work
• Strong oral and written communication skill
• Able to independently work through complex project plans
• Passion for improving processes and leveraging technology to enable “working smarter, not harder”
• A roll-up-your-sleeves, can-do attitude

Nice to Have:

• Hubspot, Salesforce, or similar CRM/ticketing system experience or aptitude to learn
• AdTech and/or marketing data experience
• Experience with Alteryx Server
• Experienced PowerBI or an Excel Power User
• Strong AWS knowledge
• Strong SQL knowledge
• Deep understanding of relational tables
• Understanding of PII and bonus with PII and responsibilities  - production end of data
• Experience in a start-up environment.

Skills: 

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate Data Quality Questions 
• Take loose instruction from requesters and interpret and take actions
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficiency in Google Office Suite, contract management software, and privacy management tools.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate complex data questions

Salary Description:

 $  40,000 - $50,000
