The Role:

We are looking to hire a Data Reporting Analyst / Senior Data Reporting Analyst who will support our Data Science strike team to create reports, insights and analytics for the company. In this role, you will be analyzing and interpreting business trends/patterns in complex data sets and translating findings into various mediums and clear communication across varying audiences. You will work closely with the leadership team to establish operational/data rigor and infrastructure, support new initiatives/dashboards, and build infrastructure solutions to problems that have not yet been tackled. 

You are a self-starter, and independent thinker with exceptional analytical skills and do not shy away from rolling up your sleeves or from building thoughtful solutions to problems that have not yet been tackled.

Your Contribution:

  • Demonstrate subject matter expertise of current data / architectural structure, in parallel with business goals and objectives

  • Translate business questions into appropriate analytics projects that will inform strategic and tactical business decisions, conduct analyses autonomously, and communicate analyses effectively

  • Support efforts to broaden, enrich, or otherwise expand existing data offerings

  • Extract key insights, presenting to cross-functional stakeholders when necessary, to help drive strategic business and product decisions (including Product Managers, Business Operations, Customer Support, Engineering, Marketing, etc.)

  • Foster data-first culture across the broader team

  • Strengthen and support architectural decisions, define and standardize key metrics, drive best practices, and establish scalable processes

  • Partner with our parent company, Logitech, on broader initiatives and integrations across current infrastructure
