Data Integration Engineer Responsibilities:
We are seeking a skilled Data Integration Engineer with strong competencies in business analysis to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing data integration solutions that meet the business needs of our client organization. In addition to technical expertise in data integration tools and technologies, the candidate should possess a deep understanding of business processes (BA-Role) and the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions. We are looking for an experienced individual with documented Agile Software Development Lifecycle Procedures knowledge.
- Design, develop, and implement data integration solutions to ensure seamless flow of data across systems
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into technical specifications
- Perform data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can drive business decisions
- Develop and maintain data models, mappings, and transformations to support data integration processes
- Monitor data quality and integrity and implement data governance best practices
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between business needs and technical solutions
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for data integration issues.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field
- Experience with business analysis techniques and tools – (BA- role)
- Proven experience in data integration, ETL processes, and data modeling.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, or other programming languages
- Experience in working within regulated environments GxP, and other relevant regulatory standards
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- 7-12 years of role relevant experience
