Data Entry Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented Order Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the order processing operations and ensuring timely and accurate invoicing of customer orders.

**Responsibilities:**

- Manage and process incoming orders accurately and efficiently

- Coordinate with various departments to ensure order accuracy and timely delivery

- Utilize databases to track orders and update order status

- Perform data entry tasks to input customer information and order details

- Generate reports using Excel and pivot tables to analyze order trends

- Maintain organized records of orders, invoices, and customer details

- Communicate with customers regarding order status and updates

- Assist in inventory management to prevent stockouts and delays

**Requirements:**

- Proficiency in basic math skills for order calculations

- Strong computer skills, including experience with Excel for data analysis

- Ability to computerize data accurately and efficiently

- Excellent typing speed for data entry tasks

- Experience in data collection, transcription, and office tasks

- Familiarity with databases for order tracking and management

Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 36 – 42 per week
