Responsibilities

• Dive deep into the Acris website (NYC property records) to extract valuable data on recent property transactions
  
• Compile comprehensive lists of property investors, focusing on those dealing with properties valued between $400,000 and $2 million
  
• Conduct thorough online research to verify and obtain contact information (phone numbers and email addresses) for identified leads
  
• Meticulously enter gathered data into Excel spreadsheets, ensuring accuracy and consistency
  
• Identify and record current lenders associated with each property transaction, providing crucial competitive intelligence
  
• Capture and organize essential details such as property addresses and transaction dates for each lead
  
• Maintain impeccable data integrity, regularly updating information to ensure its relevance and accuracy
  
• Adapt swiftly to new research tools and methods as introduced by the company, continuously improving the lead generation process
  
• Collaborate with the sales team to refine search criteria and improve lead quality over time
  

Requirements

• Proven proficiency in Microsoft Excel and advanced data entry skills
