Data Developer, Business Integrity Reporting & Analytics

- Apply quantitative skills and incorporate qualitative insights to inform and influence strategy for Global Operations.
- Partner with Operations, Data Science, Data Engineering, Product and Engineering teams to solve problems and identify trends and opportunities.
- Analyze data, conduct research and synthesize feedback into plans, processes and playbooks.
- Build data infrastructure, visualization, and self-serve analytical tools in order to drive demand forecasting, scenario planning, and prioritization to optimize the community and business impact of our operational expenditures.
- Drive broad adoption and alignment of the team’s initiatives through strong crossfunctional collaboration and understanding of the organization’s strategic data infra and analysis needs.
- Telecommuting is permitted from anywhere in the United States.
- Requires a Master's Degree in Operations Research, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field and 5 years of experience in job offered or in a data science-related occupation. Foreign degree equivalent accepted.
Experience must include 5 years involving the following: - 1. Querying and manipulating complex raw datasets for analysis using SQL and at least one scripting language, such as PHP, Python, or Perl
- 2. Using data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Looker
- 3. Gathering business requirements and defining metrics across varied stakeholders for data reporting
- 4. Designing and building reporting solutions, data pipeline architecture, and data models that can be reused across different products or domains
- 5. Explaining technical concepts and analysis implications clearly to varied audiences, and
- 6. Translating business objectives into actionable analyses.
