Denver, CO, US

Description

Colorado Perinatal Care Quality Collaborative (CPCQC)

About Us: At CPCQC we are on a mission to ensure that EVERY pregnant and postpartum person, infant, and their families in Colorado have access to and receive safe, equitable, high-quality care. This team is driving new collaborations, expanding community connection to care, and driving state-wide maternal and infant health quality improvement initiatives.

Colorado Perinatal Care Quality Collaborative (CPCQC) is a 501(c)3 nonprofit that works with healthcare facilities, community-based organizations, and families here in Colorado as well as national partners to advance best practices and improve outcomes in maternal and infant health.

As a team, we work to prevent maternal mortality and morbidity, inform and implement evidence-based policy, and address maternal and infant health disparities. Our work is complex, multi-faceted, and so desperately important. We cannot wait to work with a new team member to focus on the throughlines of perinatal health and increase impact.

CPCQC takes a team approach to our work in a supportive and mutually respectful manner. The team enjoys the trust and value that each team member brings to the organization. We work hard but also benefit from a dedication to work boundaries and unlimited paid time off.

Position Overview: The Data and Analytics Program Manager will lead the planning, analysis, reporting, and coordination for CPCQC’s data needs and infrastructure. This role is critical to CPCQC’s strategic efforts and will function across a team of program managers, quality improvement coaches, and a robust portfolio of perinatal initiatives.

This is an anchor position in a multi-year plan to establish a data and analytics team within the organization. In the first year, the Data and Analytics Program Manager will be involved in a data infrastructure strategy project to assess core capabilities and analysis tools for the organization.

This is a full-time, salaried position working in the state of Colorado. Candidates are required to either currently live in Colorado or relocate to Colorado within six months of the hire date at personal expense for this position. While this position is remote, there is an expectation to attend quarterly team meetings in person around the Denver Metro Area and the ability to visit with partners and participate in on-site discussions, conferences, and events as needed in areas around the state.
