THE ROLE

AG1 is looking for a Data Analyst to support our B2B and Retail Partnerships teams by leveraging data insights, visualization, and analytics to drive business growth. Reporting to the Sr. Manager, Data Science and Analytics, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze trends, develop reporting solutions, and provide actionable insights that optimize retail and B2B partner performance.

This role is ideal for a detail-oriented and data-driven analyst who enjoys solving business problems, building reports, and translating complex data into clear insights. You’ll help shape AG1’s approach to retail and B2B partnerships by supporting data needs across sales, distribution, and partner performance.

 

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Analyze retail and B2B performance data to identify actionable trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement that directly influence strategic decision-making.
  • Develop SQL queries and data pipelines to aggregate, clean, and integrate data from multiple sources, ensuring high-quality, accurate datasets.
  • Build and maintain dashboards in Tableau (or other BI tools) to give stakeholders clear visibility into partner performance, sales, and key metrics.
  • Work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, partnerships, and DIT teams, providing data-driven recommendations and real-time reporting.
  • Own tracking of key performance metrics (KPIs) for retail and B2B initiatives as defined by leadership.
