Description
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for interpreting data, analyzing results using statistical techniques, and providing ongoing reports to support data-driven decision-making processes. The Data Analyst will work closely with various departments to identify business needs, assess data quality, and develop actionable insights.Key Responsibilities
- Collect, process, and analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
- Develop and implement data collection systems, data analytics, and other strategies that optimize efficiency and quality.
- Prepare reports and dashboards to communicate findings to stakeholders in clear, actionable formats.
- Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and ensure the accuracy of reporting.
- Assist in the design and development of databases, data systems, and data collection strategies.
- Monitor data integrity, identify data discrepancies, and recommend corrective measures.
- Create and maintain technical documentation for data processes and workflows.
- Support business decisions through ad hoc analysis as needed.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role, with a strong track record of working with large datasets.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, R, Python, or Tableau.
- Experience with database management systems and ETL processes.
- Solid understanding of statistical analysis, data mining, and predictive modeling techniques.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong ability to translate complex data into understandable, actionable insights.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools like Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
