We are looking for a motivated Data Analyst to join our Product - Data & Growth team. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing and transforming data from various sources, developing and maintaining data models, and creating insightful reports and dashboards that drive business decisions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy and provide actionable insights that support key initiatives across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Analysis and Transformation: Analyze and transform data using tools like Snowflake and DBT, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of data across various sources.

  • Data Modeling: Assist in the development and maintenance of data models that support both ongoing and ad-hoc analysis, enabling the team to make informed decisions.

  • Reporting and Dashboarding: Create and manage comprehensive dashboards and reports using Looker, providing clear and actionable insights to stakeholders.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with senior analysts, data engineers, and business stakeholders to understand data requirements and contribute to data solutions that address business needs.

  • Data Quality: Help maintain high standards of data quality by identifying and addressing data inconsistencies and errors.

  • Documentation: Contribute to the development of user-facing documentation for key data processes, metrics, and models to support the data-driven culture within Docker.


Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related field, with a proven ability to work in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.

  • Technical Expertise: Proficiency in SQL and familiarity with data warehousing concepts. Experience with tools like Snowflake, DBT, and Looker is a plus.

  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.

  • Communication: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
