Summary
As a Dashboard Developer at Hummingbird, you will be responsible for partnering with Platform as a Service (PAaaS) teams and other business stakeholders to understand their analytics needs, translating those needs into business intelligence designs, and developing user-friendly dashboards using the Microsoft Power BI platform. You will focus on integrating data from Epic and call systems and ensuring dashboard performance and data security compliance.Responsibilities

FLSA Status: Exempt
Compensation: $91,000 - $111,250 per year less statutory deductions
Work Location: This position is remote. You must work from a location within the United States with consistent internet service.
Travel: 2-3 times per year for client visits, training, and company events

Dashboard Development and Maintenance
- Design and develop interactive, user-friendly dashboards and reports in Power BI.
- Optimize dashboards for performance and usability, ensuring metrics are intuitive and drive key business decisions to alignment with operational needs.
- Maintain and regularly update dashboards to reflect shifts in data structures and organizational priorities.
- Troubleshoot and resolve dashboard performance issues while providing ongoing support for end users.
Data Integration and Modeling
- Integrate and manage data from various sources, including client-hosted and cloud-based systems such as Epic and call center platforms.
- Collaborate with data engineering teams to develop and optimize data models that ensure efficient querying and analysis.
- Ensure data consistency and integrity throughout the integration process, facilitating reliable and accurate analytics.
- Conduct periodic audits of data models to identify potential improvements and ensure ongoing accuracy.
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Collaborate closely with business leaders, stakeholders, and SMEs to gather and clarify detailed reporting requirements.
