Cybersecurity Architecture & Engineering Leader
Job Summary:
Are you passionate about cybersecurity and eager to build a resilient digital framework for a global company. We’re looking for a Cybersecurity Architecture & Engineering Leader to join our Security Leadership Team. In this fully remote role, you’ll have the opportunity to shape our entire cybersecurity landscape as we undergo a full migration to Microsoft Azure. From day one, you’ll be at the helm of architecting our network and security infrastructure across a global platform, making a lasting impact on our digital future.
What you’ll do:
Build a Global Digital Environment: Lead the team to architect, design, and implement robust cybersecurity solutions that leverages Microsoft and other best of breed technologies, securing our digital assets on a global scale.
Drive Strategic Security Initiatives: Collaborate with leaders across international teams to prioritize and execute cybersecurity strategies that align with our company’s objectives and global reach.
Innovate & Safeguard: Stay ahead of emerging cybersecurity trends, using cutting-edge solutions to protect our digital landscape.
Secure from the Ground Up: Along with your team, oversee the architecture of secure IT networks, systems, and applications that comply with regulatory standards and address the unique needs of a global organization.
Select & Implement Technologies: Identify and manage security tools, technologies, and services aligned with our cybersecurity strategy and the Microsoft ecosystem.
Support Global Growth: Build security frameworks that are scalable, flexible, and adaptive to support rapid international growth and diverse regional requirements.
Research & Develop Advanced Solutions: Conduct deep research on global cybersecurity threats, contributing to our continuous improvement and innovation.
Collaborate Across Time Zones: Work closely with cross-functional teams in IT, Legal, Compliance, and other departments worldwide to integrate security at every level of our operations.
Team Leadership:
Lead & Inspire a Global Team: Mentor and manage a high-performing cybersecurity team spread across multiple regions, fostering collaboration and excellence in a remote-first environment.
Accountable: Responsible and accountable for the teams success in achieving departmental and company goals.
Promote Professional Development: Set clear, inspiring goals, and support your team members’ career growth on a global scale.
Provide Tools & Resources for Success: Ensure your team has the latest tools and training to meet the needs of a global enterprise.
Attract Top Global Talent: Collaborate with HR to recruit and retain top cybersecurity talent from around the world.
What We’re Looking For:
Education: Relevant combination of education, professional training, and work experience.
Experience: 8+ years in cybersecurity (or combination of architecture, engineering, and security), with a focus on secure solution design, architecture, and leadership. Experience leading remote and global teams a plus.
Certifications: Relevant certifications in cybersecurity and technology are a plus.

Salary Pay Range
Minimum :
112,700 USDMaximum :
