Cyber Security Consultant (AU Cybersecurity Consulting, WFH)

Salary: P150,000 to P200,000 (Monthly Package)

Schedule: Monday – Friday (07:00 AM - 04:00 PM Manila Time)

What are we looking for?

Skills Required:

• Cyber Security
• IT Audits
• IT Compliance
• Cloud Technology: AWS; GCP; Azure
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
• Proven experience in managing compliance programs and familiarity with SOC 2 and ISO 27001 frameworks

Nice to Have:

• Cyber Security Certification is a plus but not required
• AWS and GCP Certification is a plus but not required
• Azure active certification is a plus but not required
• Familiarity with other compliance frameworks and regulations (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA).
• Experience working in a tech company with a focus on cybersecurity and/or experience thriving in a fast-paced startup environment

What will you do?

Our client is seeking an experienced Cybersecurity Consultant who will be responsible for managing compliance programs and ensuring adherence to frameworks like SOC 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA, and others for their clients. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in policy writing, implementing SOC 2 Type 1, Type 2, and ISO 27001, and people management experience.

• Develop, write, and maintain policies and procedures to ensure compliance with SOC 2, ISO 27001, and other relevant standards.
• Manage and execute ISO 27001, SOC 2 Type 1 and Type 2 implementation projects with minimal supervision.
• Implement and oversee technical controls in cloud environments, including AWS, GCP, and Azure.
• Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments to ensure continuous improvement of security posture.
• Coordinate with different teams to ensure compliance and security best practices are integrated into their workflows.
• Manage and mentor team members, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project delivery.
• Cover vCISO duties, providing strategic security leadership and guidance to clients.
• Working within compliance platforms like Vanta, Drata, and SecureFrame is a huge bonus
