You will be responsible for….

  • Maintaining a regular cadence/engagement of communication with customers about their adoption trends, future desired strategy alignment, and identifying opportunities for deeper engagement and growth of wallet share.
  • Fully understand the different roles of each department within the company and the processes linked to these departments, acting as a link between all functions with a clear customer-centric mindset
  • Bringing the voice of the customers inside the organization while constantly measuring their level of satisfaction.
  • Taking inquiries and requests from customers.
  • Managing the communication with different internal and external stakeholders daily (e.g., Logistics, IT, procurement, senior management, etc.)
  • Supporting Sales with the identification of cross-selling, upselling, and renewal opportunities within your portfolio of customers
  • Be responsible for the ramp-up of your customer portfolio. 

You are ready if you have….

  •  3+ years of experience in customer-facing roles. Good knowledge of the Logistics Sector. 
  • Experience in SaaS would be nice to have, but not mandatory.
  •  Fluent level of English. Any other language would be a plus.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams (e.g. Sales, Product, Marketing, Services).
  • Experience in building and maintaining relationships, while working to maintain customer retention and drive engagement and renewals.
  • The ability to work conceptually and connect quickly with new people, and build trust and rapport easily.
  • A results-driven mentality, strong organizational and analytical skills, and a willingness to learn new technical notions.

Compensation
Target salary range: 80,000 - $100,000 + commission. The final offer will be based on the candidate's skills
