Join our team as a Customer UAT Analyst and play a pivotal role in the deployment of our Loyalty software and hardware solutions for our valued customers. This is a fully remote position that will involve weekly travel throughout the US.

What Will You Be Doing?

  • Lead customer implementations of technical systems, including software and hardware components, configuring business processes to meet client needs, and ensuring smooth deployment.
  • Perform routine equipment maintenance, testing, and cleaning to maintain optimal working condition according to schedules.
  • Support third-party database and server connections for clients using Company products.
  • Investigate emerging issues, analyze system architecture, application configuration, user access, and security during installations and upgrades.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for efficient deployment and maintenance of services.
  • Provide application security maintenance, conduct event investigations, and enforce compliance during installations.
  • Interact with client upper management, troubleshoot hardware/software issues, and deliver training and demonstrations.
  • Attend customer meetings to exceed expectations and deliver ongoing support.
  • Maintain consumable levels for Company product functionality.
  • Foster positive relationships with clients and business partners.


Skills, Knowledge, & Expertise Needed for the Job:

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Information Management, Information Technology, or related field preferred; equivalent work experience considered.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain regulatory Gaming License(s) as required.
  • 0-2 years of project management and software implementation experience, whether as an implementation specialist, consultant, or end user.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in analytical and problem-solving techniques.
  • Effective resource management skills, ensuring timely production of deliverables and product delivery.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a track record of building and maintaining customer relationships.
  • Preferred experience in casino operations.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including complex spreadsheet design and interpretation.
  • Experience with server implementation, deployment, and support.
  • Proficiency with compliance software applications from operational and systems perspectives.
  • Must have a valid driver's license

The compensation for this role considers a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential for the location at which the position may ultimately be filled. At Everi, it is not typical for all individuals to be hired at or near the end of the range; compensation decisions depend on each case’s facts and circumstances. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $ 58,900- $66,000 annually.
