Customer Support Executive – Voice Process (Work From Home)

We are hiring for the position of Customer Service Executive – Blended Voice & Chat Process (Work From Home). This role involves handling 50% voice calls and 50% chat support, depending on client requirements. Candidates will be responsible for resolving customer queries, delivering excellent service, and maintaining client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Interact with customers via inbound/outbound calls and chat support.
- Understand customer concerns and provide timely resolutions using available tools and resources.
- Deliver service in alignment with defined KPIs.
- Maintain accurate and complete records of customer interactions.
- Provide product/service information clearly and professionally.
- Escalate complex issues to higher authorities where necessary.
- Promote additional products or services based on customer needs.
- Participate in team improvement and customer satisfaction initiatives.
Candidate Requirements:
Education: Undergraduate or Graduate (any stream).
Experience: Fresher or experienced candidates welcome.
Languages: Fluent in Hindi and English (mandatory).
Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and typing proficiency.
- Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Patience, empathy, and a customer-first attitude.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts and flexible schedules.
Work Schedule:
Shift: 9-hour shifts, 24/7 rotational.
Working Days: 6 days a week with 1 rotational week off.
Salary & Benefits:
- Salary: Up to ₹20,000/month (CTC) for both freshers and experienced.
- Bonus: ₹4,000 quarterly bonus (every 3 months) in addition to take-home salary.
Work From Home Requirements:
Candidates must have their own system with the following configuration:
- Operating System: Windows 10 or 11
- RAM: Minimum 8GB
- Processor: Intel i3 or i5
- Accessories: Headphones or Headset (mandatory)
- Stable Internet Connection
