Your role
As the Customer Solutions Supervisor, you’ll be at the heart of our U.S. Customer Solutions team in Bangkok, Thailand, balancing hands-on support with team engagement. This role is all about collaboration and guidance - you’ll work alongside your colleagues while becoming the go-to person for processes, best practices and motivation.
Since we operate remotely, your experience in working with and supporting a remote team will be key to keeping everyone connected and engaged.
Here’s what you’ll be doing:
- Work as part of the team, handling customer inquiries while becoming an expert in our processes.
- Be the go-to person for questions, guidance and best practices.
- Motivate and support your colleagues, helping maintain engagement and team spirit in a remote setting.
- Set the standard for excellent customer service through your own work and peer support.
- Conduct QA reviews for your colleagues and help drive future QA meetings to ensure continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with leadership to refine workflows and enhance the customer experience.
This is a new role in Thailand, but you won’t be on your own - while you'll be working closely with our experienced U.S. team for full support, training and resources, you'll also be part of a vibrant team on the ground in Thailand.
