Job Description:

Job Summary

This position is a project management discipline of planning, organizing, securing, and managing resources to achieve specific goals. The primary challenge is to achieve all the project goals within the given constraints, typically defined by scope, time, quality, and budget. An effective project management process involves several key phases and responsibilities to ensure successful project completion.

He/She analyzes customer requirements and information to determine solutions that will assist in delivering products to customers more efficiently and develop project scopes to effectively deliver customer solutions. This position supports Solutions Engagement Resources (SERs) to help grow the customer solutions business and keeps up-to-date on industry trends and technology developments.


Responsibilities:

  • A Project Coordinator is responsible for overseeing and managing projects from initiation to completion. Their responsibilities can vary depending on the specific project.
  • Ability to Define Scope, goals, and deliverables, and develop a detailed project plan including timelines, milestones, and resource alignment.
  • Know and understand critical paths to managing a project where communication planning is a necessity.
  • Keeps Customer Solutions project stakeholders informed of project progress.
  • Analyzes data and interprets the results to make recommendations for solutions and evaluates solutions prior to implementation.
  • Provide feedback to all team members on lessons learned to order to cultivate new innovative ideas.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or International equivalent - Preferred
  • Experience using Project Management Tools (MS Project Management and Team Works)
  • Problem-solving skills: Aptitude for identifying issues early and developing solutions to keep projects on track.
  • Communication Skills: Clear and concise communication with stakeholders, team members, and clients.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) PMI Certification
  • Time Management: Efficiently managing time and meeting deadlines.
  • Adaptability: Flexibility to adjust plans and strategies in response to changing circumstances.

Location: This position is a remote opportunity - The position allows employees to work from home, but if the requirement changes in the future, the employee may need to report to a nearby building.

Compensation and Benefits:

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $29.25/hour to $54.15/hour. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to, market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and education/training and a candidate’s work experience. Hired applicants may be eligible for annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs depending on the level of the position. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.
