Job Responsibilities

  • Processes multiple Labor Law Poster, Forms, and Supplies orders as assigned to include address verification/validation, customer communication and correspondence, and sales order entry. Ensures that all internal/external requirements are met to satisfy order entry needs.
  • Works with the customer to assist with sales-related problems, track orders, and investigate shipping issues, as well as a customer outreach advocate.
  • Works with sales associates and customers on labor law subscription account clean-up to ensure the subscription is set up according to the customer's needs.
  • Communicates with customers to verify delivery and placement of Labor Law Posters in accordance with service agreements.
  • Independently resolves problems to the mutual satisfaction of both the customer and the company.
  • Recommends and executes process improvements to increase productivity and/or improve customer satisfaction.

 

Qualifications

Experience:

  • 1+ year of call center or direct customer service experience.
  • 2+ years of experience processing customer transactions and working with customer related data.

Education:

  • High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED)
