Position Summary

The purpose of this 100% remote position is to assist with sales order entry, provide service to customers, and handle operational functions associated with processing forms and supplies orders. Job Responsibilities
- Processes multiple Labor Law Poster, Forms, and Supplies orders as assigned to include address verification/validation, customer communication and correspondence, and sales order entry. Ensures that all internal/external requirements are met to satisfy order entry needs.
- Works with the customer to assist with sales-related problems, track orders, and investigate shipping issues, as well as a customer outreach advocate.
- Works with sales associates and customers on labor law subscription account clean-up to ensure the subscription is set up according to the customer's needs.
- Communicates with customers to verify delivery and placement of Labor Law Posters in accordance with service agreements.
- Independently resolves problems to the mutual satisfaction of both the customer and the company.
- Recommends and executes process improvements to increase productivity and/or improve customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
Experience:
- 1+ year of call center or direct customer service experience.
- 2+ years of experience processing customer transactions and working with customer related data.
Education:
- High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED)
