POSITION OVERVIEW

dormakaba is seeking a Customer Service Representative, this position is remote. The Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing customer service support to the organization by obtaining, analyzing and verifying the accuracy of order information in a timely manner. They will provide technical support to end users and business partners in managing and operating software applications and lock hardware.

 

HIRING SALARY RANGE: Hourly Salary $19 - $21 (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.) WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Receive, process and verify the accuracy of orders from customers utilizing the company’s software system and customer purchase orders
  • Initiate required action for response to customer service request for order changes, including the maintenance of order information files and communicate changes to the appropriate personnel
  • Receive inquiries from and/or contact the company’s field offices to resolve a variety of order related issues
  • Provide Customer Service management with the data for inclusion in various scheduled and special reports
  • Perform assigned system maintenance to various electronic order files

 

 

WHAT WE REQUIRE

  • High school education or equivalent
  • Proficient experience with computers (E-mail, scheduling, word, spreadsheets, etc.)

 

WHAT WE PREFER

  • Working knowledge of SAP or ERP systems
  • 5 years’ experience in customer service with increasing responsibilities
  • Associate’s degree
