Position Summary/Job Duties:

We are seeking a friendly, organized, and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for students and their families, providing assistance with inquiries, registrations, and ensuring a smooth experience throughout their time with us.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly to inquiries via phone, email, and in-person visits
  • Assist customers with class registrations, scheduling, and payment processing
  • Address customer concerns or complaints in a professional and empathetic manner
  • Maintain accurate customer records and update information as needed
  • Promote our swim school's programs and services to prospective customers
  • Collaborate with instructors and other staff members to ensure a seamless experience for students
  • Uphold safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe environment for swimmers and staff
  • Collect feedback from customers to identify areas for improvement and enhance service quality

Qualifications:

  • Previous customer service experience, preferably in a similar environment
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure
  • Passion for swimming and/or experience in aquatics is a plus
  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed
