Job Overview:
We're seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. As the first point of contact for our customers, you'll provide expert support and ensure a positive experience. You'll build and preserve relationships with our customers through professional and responsive service, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and delivering timely solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing clear and accurate information
- Process customer orders, changes, and follow-ups
- Handle customer complaints and concerns, offering solutions to ensure satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using our CRM system
- Collaborate with team members and departments to address customer issues effectively
- Follow up on customer issues to ensure resolution
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a related field
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Flexibility to adapt to changes and maintain productivity in a dynamic work environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Proficient with computers and CRM systems (prior experience with customer service software is a plus)
