What we need…

This position is responsible for providing effective customer service to CIOX Health’s internal and external customers in a timely manner with accurate and concise information. Tasks are performed by responding to requestors calling, emailing or sending a Live Chat to the Customer Service Call Center.

Position Highlights• Opportunity to work a full-time schedule. Monday – Friday 8:00am-5:00pm (Remote - Custmer Service Support - Inbound)

Typical Day• Preferred understanding of HIPAA requirements for releasing medical records andmedical record requests• Handling inbound and outbound calls, email, fax and other administrative tasks• Assisting walk up patients and/or clients
