Overview
Summary
The Customer Quality Assurance Manager is responsible for reviewing complex public sector agency contracts. Upon award, the Public Sector Quality Coordinator will document the contract's requirements and provide the details in an understandable format to everyone working with the customer(s). This could include all titles in the sales teams, finance, professional services team, etc. A successful candidate would be able to identify, and problem solve gaps in our current processes. This will help enable the regions to grow revenue in the SLED/FED markets compliantly.
Responsibilities
Essential Functions
- Collaborates with cross-functional teams, including Public Sector Contracts Managers, Proposal, Finance and Legal to ensure compliance with contract terms
- Facilitates communication based on deep understanding of customer needs between internal and external sources
- Reviews contract terms and conditions to identify risks, propose solutions, and ensure company compliance aligning with company policies and procedures
- Assists in the coordination of amendments, extensions
- Offers comprehensive support to sales teams by addressing questions, providing guidance and direction, educating, and delivering training to teams on general processes, contracting workflow, and tools
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of related work experience OR 2 to 3 years of equivalent work experience in sales support, contracting, specifically related to public sector
- Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
Desired/Preferred Qualifications
- CRM, Contracting Lifecycle Management (CLM) and Price Quoting tools
- Process improvement methodologies such as Kaizen, Six Sigma, and 5 Whys
