Customer Parts Delivery Coordinator

Roles and Responsibilities:
Role Summary/Purpose
The Customer Parts Delivery Associate drives solutions for customers needing parts for medical equipment during standard business hours.
Essential Responsibilities
- Perform professional customer call handling and communication.
- Find and execute part order solutions for the Global Parts and Repair Solutions, Inside Sales, and Multi-Vendor teams.
- Deliver part solutions within the required global compliance guidelines
- Optimize all cycle time elements associated with the order fulfillment process.
- Act independently in a self-directed manner.
- Directly place orders with internal and external suppliers.
- Leverage computer tools and on-line databases to determine best actions to take on orders.
- Perform special operations required to manually fulfill orders when key data systems are undergoing maintenance.
- Take action with other cross-functional teams including distribution, transportation, customs, order processing, asset planning, and repairable teams.
- Create commercial invoices for some international orders when necessary.
- Communicate accurate order status with field service teams, customers, and internal teams before passing orders to the next shift or responsible coordinator.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Customer communications and problem solving experience
- Parts logistics and global systems understanding
- Demonstrated team player that is effective working independently in a complex environment
- Experience with Microsoft Office and Oracle applications
Desired Characteristics
- Associated Degree or equivalent experience
- Oracle application experience
- Proven strong customer advocate
- Working knowledge of customs processes
- Demonstrated Product Structure knowledge
