About The Role

We are looking for a Customer Marketing Manager to help amplify the stories of our enterprise customers. In this role, you’ll be crafting compelling content that highlights the impact Jasper has on clients’ strategies, workflows, and outcomes. A key aspect of the role will be building relationships with customers and finding creative ways to showcase their stories and insights that resonate with both their needs and our audience.

This fully remote role reports to the Head of Communications and Content and is open to candidates located anywhere in the continental US.

 What you will do at Jasper

  • Develop and manage a robust customer reference database, identifying key enterprise customers whose stories will resonate most with our target audience. 

  • Craft high-quality, engaging customer stories across multiple mediums and channels—such as case studies, thought leadership content, video testimonials, co-branded marketing materials, social media, and PR efforts.

  • Identify and prepare customers to speak at industry events, hosted events and webinars, and internal meetings, serving as champions of Jasper.
