ReSource Pro is looking for service-centric individuals to join our award-winning customer service team. As a Customer Experience Associate, you will deliver excellent service to our customers and clients through inbound calls. Our Insurance Experience Center is growing, and we are interested in passionate and dedicated individuals that can help advance our mission of operational excellence and superior customer service.
You will..
- Problem solve with customers and collaborate with team members
- Receive inbound communications and make outbound calls
- Navigate multiple computer systems and apps
- Accurately answer customer inquiries about insurance details
- Record detailed information based on customer interactions
- Customer service mindset and team player approach to work
- Connect with Global ReSource Pro service teams
- Attention to detail on simultaneous tasks
- Living in Central or Mountain Time Zone
- Customer service experience
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Phone, Email, Live-Chat Support
- Ability to make decisions and use judgement
- Excitement to further your career
- Confidently interact with clients
- Proficiency with technology
- Remote working environment within the specified time zone.

Your Compensation…
Our salary ranges are based on paying competitively for our size and industry, and are one part of the total compensation package that also includes annual bonus eligibility, benefits, and other opportunities at ReSource Pro. Individual pay decisions are based on a number of factors, including qualifications for the role, experience level, skillset, geography, and balancing internal equity relative to other ReSource Pro employees. This is a remote position, and the salary range for most locations for this role is $10.88 - $23.15 per hour. The salary range may vary based on experience and on the specific geographic location in which the candidate resides.
