Are you passionate about building connections with customers and driving product innovation? Join the AutoCAD team as a Customer Engagement Manager, where you'll engage with customers, lead focus groups and user testing programs, manage customer feedback initiatives, oversee our Customer Advisory Board, and work closely with the development team to help shape the future of our products.
Responsibilities
Build and Manage the Customer Advisory Board – Plan, host, and facilitate in-person and virtual events that inspire collaboration with our key business users, driving impactful discussions and gathering valuable insights that directly influence product development
Facilitate Focus Groups and Feedback Events – Lead engaging discussions, workshops, and interactive sessions with customers, gathering feedback to guide and shape product decisions
Lead Beta Testing Programs – Plan, coordinate, and manage user testing initiatives, collect feedback through surveys and performance metrics, and analyze the results to drive product improvements
Engage with the AutoCAD Community – Maintain strong, ongoing communication with AutoCAD users, building lasting relationships to ensure their active participation and continued influence on AutoCAD's innovation
Be a Liaison Between Customers and Product Teams – Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams, ensuring customer feedback directly impacts feature development and product enhancements
Minimum Qualifications
1-5 years of experience in customer engagement, product management, or program management
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
Exceptional communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
A passion for working with customers and driving data-backed product decisions
Experience managing Beta programs or customer groups (a plus!)

Salary transparency
Salary is one part of Autodesk’s competitive compensation package. For Canada-BC based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $76,100 and $111,650. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range. In addition to base salaries, we also have a significant emphasis on annual cash bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.Diversity & Belonging
