BASF Forward AM is looking for an ambitious and motivated Customer Care Specialist to join our local North Americans team serving the Americas.
We look for individuals who are genuinely curious, goal orientated and keen to support our team and potential customers to solve their pain points. As a Customer Care Specialist you will be in a critical role that ensures we meet our revenue goals through sustainable order management. The ideal candidate is customer centric, reliable, and motivated to win.

As a Customer Care Specialist, you create chemistry by...

• Leading customer interactions such as, order acceptance, returns, logistic discrepancy, and other product quality issues complaints.
• Liaison with product regulatory documentation, SDS, CoA, etc.
• Managing order to cash process for direct customers, including pricing, cost of sales, accurate invoicing, managing returns, and customer credits.
• Overseeing sales orders for export channel, including freight forwarders and pick and delivery carriers, also learning the customs requirements into the different countries
• Contributing to optimization of process, increasing accuracy, reducing lead times in sales order processing, minimizing inefficiencies/manual processes, etc.
• Being the key contributor in upcoming SAP consolidation project.

Your formula to success...

• 10 years + Customer Care experience
• Experience in SAP
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
• Positive attitude and great team player with continuous improvement mindset
• Spanish and/or Portuguese speaking a plus
• Comfortable working remotely
