Currently, we are hiring for Customer Care Specialists at our customer contact center in Chandler, Arizona! Our Customer Care Specialists treat every interaction as an opportunity to provide above and beyond service experiences that create life-long customers for the Company.
Responsibilities:
Manage timely and consistent customer correspondence by phone, email, text, and/or webchat.
Answering all general customer inquiries including but not limited to: updating phone numbers, payment information, advising of service schedule, product/service education, and retention offers.
Providing creative, reliable, and personalized resolutions of customer concerns to retain existing customers and maintain their regular services
Consistently increase industry expertise needed to effectively help customers by participating in educational opportunities, including, but not limited to monthly courses and supplementary training opportunities
Enhancing organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests, exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments
Completing other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED
6+ months of customer service, sales, or customer retention experience
Willingness to work Monday – Friday with some scheduled Saturdays during the months of April to September
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite

Compensation range depending on experience: $16-17/hour, with additional compensation opportunities.
