Customer Care Specialist

What you will do-

  • Carry out all duties associated with the Customer Care Support level
  • Responsible for handling special projects within the department including project ownership, data collection and reporting, managing multiple stakeholder deliverables
  • Responsible for maintaining partnership with EDI Optimization team, calling them to action on customers to target for electronic ordering or issues with their EDI process
  • Act as point of Contact for GHX in regards to all electronic ordering initiatives and system knowledge, as well as general ordering maintenance
  • Primary contact for UAT testing and system enhancement testing in SAP
  • Assists with SAP reporting and order maintenance to ensure orders flow through the system and do not sit
  • Participates in some training activities of new and/or temporary employees as well as ongoing training of any new procedures
  • Assist in writing and maintaining all Customer Care knowledge documents, work instructions and procedures
  • Subject Matter Expert for SAP, additional order management systems and cross functional procedures

What you need-

  • High school diploma or equivalent - required
  • Bachelor’s Degree - preferred
  • 5 years relevant work experience - required
  • Customer Care Experience - preferred

$24.54 - $43.79 per hour plus bonus eligible + benefits. Actual minimum and maximum may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.

Travel Percentage: 20%
