Join us as a Curriculum Lead!! You’ll take ownership and use your expertise to lead in the Transport & Logistics sector in relation to quality of education.

We need your leadership and management skills to develop and deliver a consistent Seetec Standard throughout our curriculum. This standard aims to ensure that all learners receive a high-quality learning experience. You’ll leverage various innovative strategies within our curriculum to enhance efficiency, customer satisfaction and educational outcomes throughout our provision.
Our successful candidate will have a recognised teaching qualification and previous leadership/management experience within an educational setting. You’ll have knowledge of Apprenticeship regulations and funding as well as curriculum development and management.
We’re looking for someone who has excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with colleagues, learners, customers and external stakeholders.
In return for your dedication, knowledge, and commitment, we’re offering a competitive salary range of £32,000 to £38,500 p.a. (dependent on experience) with these great benefits:

Key Responsibilities
• Work closely with stakeholders to align the Transport & Logistics curriculum with industry standards and employer needs.
• Foster innovation in curriculum design and development.
• Lead standardisation sessions for Transport & Logistics programmes, ensuring consistency and quality.
• Conduct internal quality assurance of Transport & Logistics learner evidence.
• Perform timely and developmental observations for tutors in Transport & Logistics, covering all aspects of the learner journey.
• Monitor and evaluate the quality of teaching and learning through various quality improvement activities.
• Create, develop and implement teaching and learning development plans.
• Analyse data to inform curriculum improvements and report on performance.
• Adhere to Apprenticeship regulations.

Skills and Experience
Essential
• A recognised teaching qualification and significant experience in teaching.
• Experience in a leadership or management role within an educational setting.
• Proven experience in developing and implementing effective curriculum that meets educational standards, compliance requirements and meets the diverse needs of learners.
• Experience in curriculum development and management.
• Knowledge of Apprenticeship regulations and funding mechanisms.
Desirable
• A recognised qualification for internal quality assurance.
