At Blockovate, we're looking for a dynamic individual who not only understands crypto and gaming but also loves to interact with the community. As a Community Manager, you'll be the face of our brand, hosting AMAs and engaging with our audience on platforms like Telegram. Plus, you'll have the chance to be featured on our site alongside our team!

Blockovate is a new and ambitious marketing agency on a mission to help innovative blockchain based solutions reach their target audience.

We work with new blockchain projects and help transform their marketing efforts, ensuring their project reaches the right audience, and achieves its necessary goals.

Role

We're in search of a dynamic and passionate Head of Community to nurture, grow, and lead the vibrant community for one of our projects. The ideal candidate understands the crypto landscape, is deeply empathetic, and can navigate the complexities of community management in a decentralised world with a main focus on trading.

This role will initially be a 3-month contract.

Responsibilities

• Engage with community members, ensuring their concerns, feedback, and insights are heard and addressed.

• Host community events, AMAs (Ask Me Anything), webinars, and other engagement activities.
• Moderate community channels, ensuring a positive and inclusive environment.
• Collaborate with the product team to gather feedback and insights for product improvements.
• Be the face, eyes and ears of the project to ensure community questions are answered and also travel to locations across the globe to represent the project at conferences.
• Cultivate relationships with community influencers, advocates, and partners.

Requirements

• Proven experience in community management, preferably within the crypto or tech industry.

• Experience in trading crypto/financial assets.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Familiarity with decentralised systems and crypto communities.
• Ability to engage in constructive dialogues and manage conflicts diplomatically.
• Strong understanding of social media and community platforms relevant to the crypto space.
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a larger team.
• Passion for fostering inclusive and diverse communities.
