CRM Specialist

The CRM Specialist at WCS Group will work with the Head of Sales Operations to maintain and analyse Marlowe Environmental Service’s core CRM solution, Gold-Vision. This includes collecting and analysing customer data, identifying trends and patterns, supporting lead generation, ensuring data integrity and making recommendations for improving our CRM strategy.  

Key Objectives & Responsibilities 

  • Work with Head of Sales Operations to assist with the day to day running of the CRM system 
  • Develop reports and dashboards to provide insights on sales performance and customer behaviour 
  • Collaborate with other teams, such as Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service, to ensure the CRM system is being used effectively and identify areas for improvement 
  • Identify opportunities for upselling based on customer data and interactions 
  • Help implement marketing campaigns by developing segmented lists of target customers 
  • Support the development of email campaigns and reviewing their effectiveness with the Marketing team 
  • Support the integrations of new companies onto the Gold-Vision platform 
  • Carry out UAT testing on new releases and projects  
  • Provide training and support on how to effectively use the CRM system 


Person Specification 

  • At least 3 years’ experience within a Sales & Marketing analytical role or bachelor’s degree (or similar) with a marketing / analytical focus.  
  • Experience with CRM software and databases.  
  • Strong/advanced Excel skills. Experience of data visualisation software (esp. Power BI) would be advantageous 
  • Self-starter who is willing to develop new skills and be part of a growing business 
  • Strong problem-solving skills in order to identify issues and develop solutions 
  • Excellent communication skills (verbally and written) with the ability to manage relationships across a wide range of stakeholders
