How you'll fit in:
The CRM manager will oversee and optimize multiple Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platforms, ensuring data integrity, efficiency, and strategic utilization of data insights. The ideal candidate will have advanced expertise in Excel, SQL, and Power BI, along with a strong analytical mindset and a proactive approach to CRM system management.
What you'll do:
Specific responsibilities of the CRM manager include the following:
- Manage and maintain multiple CRM platforms (Hubspot, Fluxx, Salesforce, etc.) ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and security.
- Develop and optimize SQL queries and scripts for data extraction, transformation, and reporting.
- Design and implement Power BI dashboards and reports to provide actionable business insights.
- Utilize Excel (advanced formulas, macros, Power Query, VBA) to manipulate and analyze data effectively.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate CRM data with marketing, reporting, and stakeholder engagement strategies.
- Supports data governance practices, ensuring compliance with privacy regulations and internal policies.
- Identify process improvement opportunities, leveraging automation and system enhancements.
- Provide training and support to CRM users, enhancing adoption and data-driven decision-making.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and work with vendors or IT teams for resolution.
- Assist divisions and Database Administrator in semiannual reports of program and policy work.
What you'll bring:
- Strong interpersonal skills including self-awareness, sensitivity and valuing others
- Dedication to public service with an unfailing commitment to act with civility, be nonpartisan in performing CSG Justice Center duties, and be a responsible steward of member and donor funds
- At least five years of professional experience in the fields of CRM Management, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Reports Management, Information Technology and/or equivalent educational achievements
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (Power Query, VBA, PivotTables), and Power BI, and basic proficiency in SQL
- Strong experience with CRM platforms (Fluxx, Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
- Understanding of ETL (Extract/Transform/Load) processes and database structures
- Ability to analyze large datasets and translate data into meaningful organizational insights
- Experience with API integrations and automation tools (e.g., Power Automate, Zapier)
- Knowledge of data governance and compliance best practices
- Strong communication, writing, and stakeholder management skills
- Demonstrates a strong commitment to providing excellent customer service to internal staff by ensuring communications are responsive, accessible, and aligned with employee needs
- Reliable and secure internet/data connection and flexibility for using a personal device for internet connectivity during business travel. A cost offset is provided by CSG

Compensation will be based on experience and geography. The salary range for this position is $73,000 - $100,000. Salary ranges are subject to change based on work location and market conditions.
Our organization offers flexibility in work arrangements, allowing for remote work or a hybrid model. Candidates residing in the NYC metropolitan area will be considered for hybrid model employment.
