Join our team as an Oracle HCM Functional Associate and embark on an exciting journey to transform HR processes and solutions. In this entry-level role, you will support the design, implementation, and optimization of Oracle HCM solutions, working alongside experienced consultants. As the Oracle HCM Functional Associate, you will:
- Analyze and understand the client’s business objectives and challenges to determine functional requirements.
- Integrates functional and technical requirements with the other functional and technical teams.
- Supports the Lead in configuring the system and testing the solution with the users.
- Communicate effectively to translate the client’s business requirements into functional solutions.
- Develop training documents specific to the client’s business processes.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Human Resources, any STEM field, or a related field
- Ability to effectively communicate with clients and colleagues
- Ability to work independently and provide quality work products on schedule
- Ability to travel as needed
Desired Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience working in the field of Human Resources. Experience in the public sector is highly desired.
- Oracle HCM implementation experience is preferred
- Experience documenting business processes
- Hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud modules, either as a user or as an implementer
- Ability to think critically and demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities

The proposed salary for this position is:$63,000—$105,000 USD
