RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Creative Operations Officer, you will play a crucial role in providing comprehensive solutions to media marketing teams utilizing Stormâs process design services. As a part of our team, you will be asked to understand and solve workflow challenges as well as build creative technical solutions for both name-brand clients and internal teams. Your critical eye and attention to detail will soon spot problems and tailor solutions for maximum effectiveness and efficiency. Â

What can you expect?
- Opportunities to design workflow and process for name-brand clients  Â
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement system enhancements, such as automation, integrations, and workflow optimizations Â
- Building automated processes customised to client needs, using a combination of no/low-code tools and simple scripting with support for learning and growth  Â
- Exploring solutions to increase efficiency in internal and client workflows  Â
- Providing ongoing support for existing workflows Â
- Collaborating and sharing knowledge with a team of creative operations officers covering a range of skills and experience Â
- Research new media and content tools to stay on the cutting edge of workflow solutions  Â
- Populating tools with client data, checking consistency, and solving for any discrepancies Â
What's important to us:
- High level of proficiency in the Airtable platform with the ability to leverage its features for enhanced workflow management and process automation. Strong proficiency in similar software platforms such as Monday.com, Asana, Jira, may also be considered if described Â
- Strong skills in process design, getting hands-on with building streamlined and efficient workflows tailored to client requirementsÂ
- Excellent communication skills to present processes to client audiences with varying levels of expertise Â
- Confident in engaging with clients and colleagues to identify and discuss potential problems
- Capable of working independently while ensuring clear and consistent communication with managers and team membersÂ
- Strong adaptability/technical aptitude for software and systems Â
- Unparalleled attention to detail Â
- Basic level of familiarity with programming languages, particularly JavaScript or HTML. Â Â
- Understanding of marketing processes, campaign execution, and media planning. Â Â
- Familiarity with the landscape of no/low-code solutions for automation and efficiency. Â

Flexibility
Weâre a remote-first company and support 100% remote working for this role. The working hours for this role will be 9am - 5:30pm UK time.
Joining us means becoming an integral part of the whole team no matter where weâre physically working, we have a number of initiatives to create a team environment regardless of geographic location.
Up to 26,000 USD per year (or local currency equivalent), depending on experience and skills.

Full time contractor contract - fully remote working.

If we move forward, you will be invited to an interview (60 minutes via Zoom). During the meeting, Katrina, our Head of Creative Operations, will get to know you a bit better and try to understand if youâd be a good fit for the role, and at the same time answers all your questions. Thatâs it! Â
