Creative Operations and Analytics Manager

We are seeking a Creative Operations and Analytics Manager to join our Corporate Marketing team, reporting to the senior director of Brand Management. In this remote role, you will oversee the creative process end-to-end, driving project management excellence while incorporating AI and analytics to optimize efficiency and strategic insights. You will play a pivotal role in transforming our Creative Operations to embrace AI-driven tools and data-centric approaches, empowering the team to create impactful, high-quality work that advances our brand’s reach and effectiveness. This remote role must be located in WA, OR, ID, CA or NV (PST).

What you’ll do:
- Oversee creative project intake, resource allocation, and timelines to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery across all projects, utilizing our PM tool Monday.com as well as other creative operations and business apps
- Implement AI tools and modern project management practices to automate repetitive tasks, streamline workflows, and enhance creative output
- Collaborate with brand, design, and analytics teams to prioritize projects according to strategic goals, optimizing resource management to meet complex project demands
- Lead data-driven initiatives, defining and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) for brand generation efforts, including account progression and engagement metrics in the B2B buying journey
- Manage and refine creative workflows, introducing process improvements that leverage current best practices, business tools, and AI to elevate the team’s operational efficiency
- Act as a key liaison across cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and communication to drive cohesive, strategic projects
- Develop and deliver reports on project progress and KPIs, providing leadership with actionable insights into creative operations and brand performance
What you’ll bring:
- At least 5 years of experience in creative operations, project management, or a related field, with a strong understanding of B2B brand and marketing metrics
- Proficiency in project management and data analytics tools, such as Monday.com, Microsoft 365, Marketo, Bizable, Excel, and Google Analytics
- Experience in AI tools and their application within creative ops to enhance productivity and creativity
- Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights that drive brand impact
- Proven project management expertise, with a record of handling complex projects, resource allocation, and cross-functional coordination
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to guide cross-functional teams and effectively present insights to leadership

After six months, you will…
- Have a solid understanding of our brand, products, and stakeholders, enabling you to manage projects effectively and contribute to brand consistency
- Implement AI-driven solutions within Creative Ops to optimize workflows and free up creative capacity for strategic initiatives
- Effectively track and analyze KPIs for brand engagement, providing insights that inform data-driven decisions
- Establish strong relationships with cross-functional teams, enhancing collaboration and creative output
- Contribute to the ongoing improvement of project workflows, integrating feedback and optimizing processes for efficiency
After about a year, you will…
- Lead the transformation of Creative Operations through AI integration, setting new standards for efficiency and quality
- Own the end-to-end process for tracking and reporting brand KPIs, with a clear focus on account progression and engagement insights
- Mentor other team members to foster a data-driven culture within Creative Ops, elevating the strategic impact of the team
- Drive the consistent use of AI tools and data analytics across Creative Ops, positioning the team at the forefront of innovation within the industry
- Initiate and lead new projects that align with our brand’s mission and advance our leadership in network and security solutions

You can expect our employment offers to take many factors into consideration, including but not limited to the location of the role, internal equity, applicable past experience, individual skill set, education, and professional certifications. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned is the base salary range for the role. The typical base salary range for this position in Washington & Colorado is $119,00 - $180,400 and in California & New York, $125,000 - $188,100, plus corporate bonus.
