Job Description

The integrated marketing creative project manager will be responsible for managing the workflow of creative projects for Allstate’s in House Agency, which includes the Allstate Creative Center of Excellence. Allstate’s in-house agency team is focused on making world-class ideas that drive the Allstate business forward. This role will manage workflow, design, optimization and hands-on implementation of Allstate’s Creative Agency procedures on a per-project basis. Projects are varied and can include digital experience, print, outdoor, digital products/services, and multimedia campaigns.

  • Owns project management of individual creative projects from start to finish, ensuring assigned creative projects move seamlessly from assignment to delivery and archive, by deliverable/channel/tactic

  • Utilizes best project management processes to move work through the system, from request to delivery

  • Adjusts and communicates changes to timeline and schedule when scope, deliverables, expectations, deadlines, resources, or other variables change throughout the lifecycle of the project

  • Leads and influences the best timeline to protect the creative process, product and resources of the Allstate’s Creative Agency while ensuring seamless, on time, on budget on brief deliverables for project requestors

  • Connects disparate teams together in service of painting the overall project picture and moving work forward

  • Driver of and high-touch user of Project Management tools (Wrike) inputting, tracking and communicating project data from request to delivery

  • Provides strategic time management planning and able to course correct/pivot when creative deliverables, scope, and other variables change

  • Maintain status and knowledge of ongoing projects in the creative department

  • Maintains project status meetings with the cross-functional team

  • Able to draft, manage and update a creative project plan without supervision

  • Experience working with automated agency workflow systems (Wrike) or equivalent
     

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

  • Minimum 3 years of related experience 
    Certificates, Licenses, Registrations
    Project Management Certification is a plus
     

Functional Skills

  • Balance timelines and ensure assigned creative projects move seamlessly from assignment to delivery and archive

  • Maintains daily meetings with timeline communication on project status

  • Able to draft, manage and update a creative project plan without supervision

Compensation

Compensation offered for this role is $66,800.00 - 120,650.00 annually and is based on experience and qualifications.
