We are seeking a Creative Director who will drive our projects' creative and written vision while managing a global team to bring that vision to life.

As Creative Director at KLDiscovery, you will be at the intersection of creativity and communication, blending exceptional writing and design skills to shape our brand’s narrative and visual identity. You will be responsible for building, managing, and growing a global team of writers and designers from the ground up. You will oversee the creative output of our projects by inspiring and leading your team while establishing processes and standards to ensure high-quality deliverables that meet stakeholder expectations. Your role will be pivotal in crafting compelling content and innovative creative solutions that resonate with our legal technology audience while ensuring that the team operates effectively across various time zones and cultural contexts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a content and creative strategy that aligns with our business objectives and drives engagement across B2B channels.
  • Creative Oversight: Lead and manage a global team of writers and creatives to produce high-quality, on-brand content and visual assets.
  • Content Development: Take a hands-on approach to copywriting and design, creating persuasive and engaging B2B content, including website copy, email campaigns, video scripts, social media, white papers, and more.
  • Creative Excellence: Ensure visual design and branding align with strategic messaging and enhance the overall user experience across various platforms.
  • Process and Standardization: Develop and implement best practices, processes, and standards for content creation and design to ensure consistency and quality across all projects.
  • Innovation and Trends: Continuously explore and integrate new creative tools, technologies, and methodologies to keep KLDiscovery's content and design strategies at the forefront of industry trends.
  • Brand Alignment: Ensure that all creative outputs align with KLDiscovery's brand voice, values, and strategic objectives, and maintain brand consistency across all channels and materials.
  • Feedback and Iteration: Implement a structured process for gathering and incorporating feedback from stakeholders and team members and iterate on creative outputs to improve quality and effectiveness.
