Summary of Position

Teladoc Health’s Creative Director, B2B is a visionary leader responsible for telling our story in the most unforgettable and ambitious ways that are befit of a company changing how the world experiences Healthcare. Someone who will understand our clients, our category and our consumers in order to deliver content that gets business results. Our Creative Director will manage a team of art directors, and copywriters who will deliver Teladoc Health campaigns across all channels—specializing in marketing Teladoc to Health Care buyers for the world’s biggest employers, health plans and health systems. You’ll pair a Creative mastery with a keen knack for storytelling, persuasion and a deep knowledge of B2B audiences in order to grow Teladoc’s client base.

Our ideal candidate is a seasoned and collaborative Creative leader who will actively shape our vision for our brand and how we activate it to make a connection with B2B audience—both a strategic thinker and a hands-on doer. You’ll provide direction to the team, set the standard for best design and copywriting, and manage your team’s assignments, workload, and development—while also defining departmental goals, shaping, and maintaining our brand, managing freelancers, and editing work from other contributors.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Lead the Creative team, managing art directors, copywriters and production artists responsible for B2B campaigns and content for Teladoc Health brand
  • Partner with executive-level leaders to develop strategies and concepts
  • Provide oversight on Creative Strategy across B2B marketing channels, campaigns and assets; and provide direction on voice, tone, messaging, and structure
  • Develop the expert-level understand of the American Health System, Telehealth category, and how Teladoc can help solve our clients’ biggest challenges
  • Lead content development of customer journeys, events, landing pages, premium incentives, and more                                                              
  • Develop and lead seasonal campaigns
  • Define, drive, and measure KPIs for relevant initiatives  
  • Cultivate and oversee a growing team of freelance writers and editors                                                                  
  • Keep up-to-date with messaging trends and best-practices for marketing communications in all channels

Qualifications Expected for Position

  • 10+ years of Creative experience
